Back in 1994 John & Paul Deegan were casualties of the then recession in that their then employer Alcan Metal Centres Ltd had no option but to close their commercial door fabrication unit. Seeing a niche in the market and both having years of experience in the fabrication and installation of Commercial Aluminium products in the UK, Germany and Ireland they decided to launch Doortech, Paul taking over the design and manufacturing side and John the installation and service end of the business.

Since 1994 to present we have gone from strength to strength creating lasting customer relationships. For example: Mc Dermott & O’Farrell, Boon Edam Ireland Ltd, Tudor Engineering Ltd, Johnston Shopfitters Ltd, and Pamela Scotts.

The company focus was, is and always will be, to supply excellent quality products delivered on time and backed by a second to none after sales service.
